 Managing and creating some of the most memorable events have been a passion of mine for over 30 years. I began as a performer at the age of sixteen for a New York metro area event company and have been part of the industry ever since. 

In 2013 I moved with my husband and 2 sons to Tampa Bay and never looked back.

I have a love and understanding for what makes an event a success. 

Coordination and creative input are only the beginning of what I have to offer.

What is Day of Coordination Service?   


 You've made the plans; now you need someone to trust to manage every detail and to ensure your plans are carried out smoothly.


I will also serve as the liaison between you and the venue, DJ, decorator, caterers, and all other vendors. This means you, family members, and friends can relax and enjoy all the special moments without stressing

   How do I differ from other day-of-coordinators in the Tampa Bay Area?

I am devoted to you. 

All contact is directly with me. There is no assistant to be handed off to on your wedding day. Often times important information gets lost by having too many people involved in the communication. I truly love what I do and want to be involved in every detail of your wedding.

Day of Coordination Wedding services

Starting at $1,000


Pre-Wedding 

  • Unlimited text/email and phone conversations beginning at the time of the signed contract
  • Two meetings either in-person or virtual.

1. The first meeting: Discuss the vision for your day and review all of your contracted vendors. (ie. venue, caterer, photographer, etc.)

2. The second meeting: Final walk-through at the reception venue to discuss floor plan.

  • Create a detailed timeline using the input of all vendors

· Attend and coordinate ceremony rehearsal

Wedding Day

  • Timeline keeper on day of event
  • Verify all vendors are on time and in their correct locations according to floor plan      
  • Liaison between vendors and bride/groom
  • Help set up ceremony items (ie. Programs, fans, reserve signs)
  • Set up and all client brought décor (signs, centerpieces, candles, bathroom baskets, etc.)
  • Make certain the wedding party is on-time and in their place.
  • Release wedding party down the aisle
  • Assist bride & groom in signing marriage license
  • Assist photographer with gathering bridal party and family members for photos 
  • Oversee transition from ceremony to cocktail hour
  • Oversee transition from cocktail hour to reception
  • Help coordinate Grand Entrance, first dances, any other special moments during the event
  • Release tables for dinner buffet (if needed)
  • Prepare maid of honor & best man for toasts
  • Assist with cake cutting ceremony
  • Oversee that all important items such as gifts and sign in book are taken by bride and groom. 

Option to add additional hours at the end of your event

Starting at $500


  • Meet either in-person or virtual prior to event date to discuss event details
  • Create a detailed timeline
  • Verify all vendors are on time and in their correct locations according to the floor plan 
  • Assist with client brought decorations
  • Act as liaison between vendors and host during the entire event
  • Coordinate speeches, dances, presentations, etc.
  • Oversee buffet and or waitstaff 
  • Confirm that all important items such as gifts and decorations are taken by host
